Credits & licences
This site is an independent project by ruzcko. It is not affiliated with Hugging Face, PaperRush, or any conference listed. The code, layout and design are our own. The dates come from two open datasets, and a few open-source parts do the heavy lifting. Here is each one and its licence.
Conference data
huggingface/ai-deadlines
Our main source: deadlines, conference dates, cities and rankings for most venues. Copyright © 2025 Hugging Face, under the MIT License.
Our changes: we merge each venue's editions, group milestone types, convert timezones to UTC, correct obvious year typos (and say so), and add estimated dates for editions not yet announced, clearly marked.
PaperRush (awsaf49/paperrush)
Our second source, under the Apache License 2.0. We use only the dates and links it marks as announced, never its own estimates.
Our changes: we fill gaps in the Hugging Face data with its host cities, conference dates, deadlines and submission links, add venues it covers that Hugging Face doesn't, and compare the dates both list ("✓ 2 sources" / "⚠ Sources differ"). Dates taken from it are labelled “PaperRush” on each venue.
Feature ideas we liked from PaperRush (quick links on a venue, shareable lists, a calendar view, report-a-date links) are implemented independently here. No PaperRush code or design assets are used.

A note on accuracy
Deadlines move and get extended. Always confirm on the venue's official call for papers. If you spot a wrong date, the “Report a wrong date” link on any venue opens a ready-to-send issue with whichever source listed it.
